HOW TO USE
Take at least 1 shot daily 7 days a week. Creatine needs to be taken consistently to get all of its benefits.
PACKAGING & SHELF LIFE
Our Liquid Creatine Shots are delivered with a minimum shelf life of at least 6 months. But if you don't use them before — they're often still good after.
We use our own proprietary liposomal form of Creatine Monohydrate to Stabilize it in liquid for long periods of time; Preventing it from turning into Creatinin, a by-product of creatine which contains none of the health benefits of Creatine.
Each shot is approximately 2 FL OZ (60ML).
Storage instructions: We recommend storing our product in your refrigerator for taste purposes; However, it can be stored at room temperature.
